Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have seven (7) days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with any original tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at theblessinghouse.store@gmail.com. All returns must be requested and approved in advance. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we may evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

If you wish to purchase a different item, you may request a return for the original item (if eligible and approved) and place a new, separate order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within fourteen (14) days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
