Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other events outside our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select destinations.
For international orders:
- Delivery times vary widely by country and carrier and may range from 7–30 business days or longer.
- Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, refusals, or confiscations caused by customs authorities.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages returned to us because of address errors
- Additional shipping costs required to resend a returned package
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or lack of updates in carrier tracking systems.
Risk of Loss and Title
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier.
This means that once the package is marked as shipped, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, except as required by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit:
- Please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
- We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, when applicable.
Any replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages is subject to carrier investigation outcomes and is not guaranteed.
Damaged Packages During Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
- Please document the damage immediately with photos of the packaging and item.
- Contact us as soon as possible so we may evaluate the situation.
Claims related to shipping damage must be reported promptly. Delayed reports may limit our ability to assist.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination, carrier policies, or applicable laws. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped legally or safely to the selected destination.
If an order must be canceled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund for the product purchase price.
